Selful is not just another digital agency.
We are rebranding mental healthcare.

I’m a trainee therapist with over 10 years of experience in the digital space, but when it came to finding my own therapist, I had to kiss a lot of frogs to find my prince charming! I went through four therapists before finding the one who truly understood me. Each time I switched, it felt like starting over, leaving my soul bared to yet another stranger.

That process made me think about others—those at their lowest points or hesitant about therapy. If their first experience doesn’t click, they might never book again. It's not that the therapists were bad; we just didn’t connect. The therapeutic relationship is like any other—it requires trust and alignment.

This is why having an authentic online presence matters. A list of qualifications on association websites such as IACP, IAHIP, NAPCP doesn’t convey who you are or how you’ll understand a client’s unique journey. However, a thoughtful, engaging website can. It allows therapists to share their values, approaches, and insights, creating a connection before the first session.

One day, I thought: "What do therapists want for their clients? To grow, blossom, bloom!" I want the same for my fellow therapists. My mission is to help you present yourself authentically and meaningfully so your services become approachable, relatable, and free from stigma.

Go gently,
